We are a leading Outdoor Advertising (OOH) Media Company specializing in billboard advertising, transit media, airport advertising, bus shelters, digital outdoor media, and branding solutions. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Operations plus Accounts Intern who is eager to gain practical experience in outdoor media operations and project execution.

The Operations Intern will support the Operations Team in coordinating outdoor advertising campaigns, monitoring site execution, maintaining project records, coordinating with vendors and field executives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the complete lifecycle of outdoor advertising operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution Support

• Assist in planning and coordinating installation of outdoor advertising campaigns.
• Support the operations team in tracking campaign schedules and deadlines.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely execution.

Site Coordination

• Coordinate with field executives for site inspections.
• Assist in collecting site photographs before and after campaign execution.
• Maintain records of site availability and campaign status.

Vendor Coordination

• Communicate with fabrication vendors, printers, installers, and transport agencies.
• Follow up with vendors regarding material dispatch and installation timelines.
• Assist in maintaining vendor databases.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily operational reports.
• Update campaign trackers and MIS reports **Excel & Software**.
• Maintain installation photographs and completion reports **PPT**.
• Organize project files and documentation.

Client Support

• Coordinate internally to ensure client campaign requirements are fulfilled.
• Assist in preparing proof-of-execution (POE) reports.
• Help maintain records for client approvals.

Inventory & Asset Management

• Assist in tracking advertising materials.
• Maintain records of company assets used during campaign execution.
• Support stock verification when required.

Field Operations

• Visit advertising sites with field teams when required.
• Verify installation quality.
• Report operational issues to the Operations Manager.

Administrative Support

• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Design teams.
• Assist in preparing operational documentation.
• Perform other operational tasks assigned by management.

Educational Qualification

• Familiarity with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
