Job Responsibilities

• Teach English Language and English Literature to ICSE and ISC students.
• Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with the ICSE/ISC curriculum.
• Prepare students for board examinations through effective teaching and assessment strategies.
• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct regular assessments and maintain academic records.
• Coach and mentor students in debate, public speaking, elocution, and other literary activities.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Master's Degree in English is preferred.
• 1-2 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
• Familiarity with ICSE/ISC curriculum is desirable but not mandatory.
