We are looking for a passionate and driven Physics Faculty to join our academic team and build a strong foundation for our Class 9 and 10 students, preparing them for board exams as well as future JEE/NEET challenges.

**Job Description:** As a Physics Foundation Faculty, you will be responsible for creating an engaging classroom environment, simplifying complex scientific concepts, and mentoring students to achieve academic excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan and deliver interactive, high-impact Physics lectures for Class 9th and 10th students.
• Strictly follow the curriculum and academic planner to ensure timely syllabus completion.
• Design and evaluate daily practice problems (DPPs), mock tests, and study materials.
• Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions to ensure absolute conceptual clarity.
• Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback to students and parents during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
• Maintain high energy and discipline inside the classroom in alignment with Unacademy’s teaching standards.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

• **Education:** B.Tech, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Physics or a related field from a recognized university.
• **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed coaching institute, specifically for Foundation, NTSE, or Olympiad batches.
• **Skills:** Excellent command over the subject matter, strong communication skills (English and Hindi), and the ability to connect with young students.
• **Requirement:** Must be willing to provide a short teaching demo as part of the interview process.
