Role Description The Planning Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This position is responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules for construction and logistics projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and timelines. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project teams, site engineers, procurement, and management to collect progress data, analyze project status, and recommend corrective actions where needed. The Planning Manager will prepare regular progress reports, resource forecasts, and performance metrics, and support risk assessment and mitigation planning. The role also involves optimizing workflows, improving planning processes, and ensuring compliance with company standards and relevant regulations.
