Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and execution-oriented **Project Finance Executive / Manager** to join our team in Raipur. The selected candidate will work directly **under the guidance and supervision of a Chartered Accountant (CA)** and will be responsible for managing project finance assignments, CMA preparation, and coordination with banks and financial institutions.

This role is focused on the end-to-end execution of project finance and working capital cases and is not a routine accounting position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze **CMA data** for various financing requirements.
• Handle **project finance and working capital proposals** from initiation to sanction.
• Coordinate with **banks, NBFCs, and credit teams** for documentation, follow-ups, and case progression.
• Develop **financial projections, cash flow statements, and ratio analysis**.
• Evaluate financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
• Ensure timely completion of financing assignments while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Work closely with and report to the **Chartered Accountant leading the assignments**.

Requirements

• Strong experience in **CMA preparation and project finance**.
• Prior experience dealing with **banks, NBFCs, and lending institutions**.
• Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and **financial modelling**.
• Sound understanding of **financial statements, credit appraisal, and financial ratios**.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively within deadlines.

Qualifications

• **Chartered Accountant (CA)**, or
• **MBA (Finance)**, or
• **B.Com**, or
• Candidates with **strong practical experience in project finance and CMA preparation**.

Reporting Structure

The selected candidate will **work under a Chartered Accountant**, assisting in the execution and management of project finance assignments and interacting with financial institutions to facilitate successful sanction of cases.
