**Job Summary**

Vaayu Shaanti Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented **Project Manager** to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, planning, and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Allocate resources effectively and monitor project budgets.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct project review meetings and provide updates to management.
• Resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Drive continuous process improvements and enhance project efficiency.

**Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• **6–7 years of experience** in project management.
• Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, **MS Project**, or other project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred (not mandatory).
