Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

**Job Description – Purchase Executive**

Assist in purchasing mechanical, electrical, and industrial materials as per company requirements.
Collect quotations from suppliers and compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
Prepare purchase orders and follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
Coordinate with the stores, production, and accounts teams for procurement activities.
Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and related documents accurately.
Check inventory levels and support timely procurement of required materials.
Use MS Excel and other basic computer applications for purchase-related work.
Learn procurement processes and perform other tasks assigned by the Purchase Manager.
