Purchase Executive

**Location:** Raipur
**Experience:** 1–3 Years
**Salary:** As per company standards
**Qualification:** Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities

Source and evaluate vendors for quality, pricing, and timely delivery.
Prepare and process purchase orders.
Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill procurement requirements.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as required.
Resolve issues related to delayed or incorrect deliveries.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software (preferred).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
