Job Overview
Orrish Finance is looking for a Relationship Executive to manage customer relationships, assist in loan processing, and ensure timely collections. The candidate will support customers throughout the loan lifecycle, from application and disbursement to repayment follow-ups.

**Key Responsibilities**
Assist customers with loan applications, document collection, and KYC verification.
Explain loan products, repayment terms, EMI schedules, and address customer queries. Follow up with customers for pending documents, verification, and loan processing requirements**.**
Coordinate with credit, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursement.
Track customer accounts, monitor EMI payments, and follow up on overdue payments through calls and messages.
Resolve payment-related concerns, negotiate repayment commitments, and maintain regular communication with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, application status, and collection activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, timely repayments, and repeat business.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).

Pay: ₹10,077.92 - ₹15,000.00 per month
