**Objective**

We are seeking motivated **Research Associates** to support research, field surveys, stakeholder engagement, and data collection for government and public sector projects. This role combines office-based research with fieldwork across Chhattisgarh, requiring candidates who are analytical, adaptable, and willing to travel.

**Role Summary**

The Research Associate will conduct primary and secondary research, collect field data, interact with government departments and stakeholders, and assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct primary and secondary research for public sector projects.
• Carry out field surveys, interviews, and data collection across Chhattisgarh.
• Coordinate with government officials, local bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Compile, verify, and maintain research data and documentation.
• Prepare research reports, survey summaries, and presentations.
• Assist in project coordination, public outreach, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting project timelines.
• Support the team with additional research and documentation tasks as required.

**Qualifications & Competencies**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Journalism, Mass Communication, Social Work, Public Administration, Political Science, Sociology, Economics, Rural Development, Management, Statistics, or any other relevant discipline.**
• **Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.**
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
• Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**.
• Good analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Chhattisgarh.
• **Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license.**
• **Travel Allowance (TA) and approved field expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.**
• **Proficiency in the local language (Chhattisgarhi) will be an added advantage.**

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
