A Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at Pizza Hut is the primary leader of a food service establishment, responsible for directing daily operations, team management, and financial profitability. They oversee everything from inventory and staff scheduling to food safety compliance and customer satisfaction.

Operations & Service: Ensure standard operating procedures are strictly followed across the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH).

Financial Accountability: Manage Profit & Loss (P&L), control costs (labor and food), and forecast sales.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff to reduce turnover and build high-performing teams.

Guest Relations: Address customer feedback promptly and maintain an inviting atmosphere that drives 100% customer satisfaction.
