Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Restaurant Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas, support the kitchen staff, and ensure all utensils, equipment, and workstations are clean and organized. This role is essential in maintaining high food safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage spaces.

Assist with waste disposal and recycling according to hygiene standards.

Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic cleaning and preparation tasks.

Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and stored properly.

Follow food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.

Help maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
