Job Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Welcome customers and provide a premium showroom experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Conduct product presentations and test ride arrangements.
• Explain features, specifications, finance options, and ownership benefits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to delivery.

Lead Management

• Handle inquiries generated through walk-ins, digital platforms, referrals, and events.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Maintain customer records and sales pipeline data.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales.

Business Development

• Generate new leads through networking and local market activities.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and roadshows.
• Develop referral networks to increase sales opportunities.
• Promote accessories, finance, and insurance products.

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service standards.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and customer handover processes.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Awareness

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Gather market feedback and customer insights.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.

Documentation & Compliance

• Complete sales documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with finance and insurance teams.
• Follow company policies and operational guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality, Telecom, Banking, Automobile, or Customer Service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for motorcycles and customer interaction.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
