**Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Junior Sales Executive** to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and assisting customers throughout the property buying process.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and follow up with customer inquiries and leads.
• Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to prospective clients.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations.
• Maintain regular follow-up with interested buyers.
• Generate leads through calls, references, and field activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain customer data and sales records.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in interacting with customers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp communication.
• Strong customer handling and follow-up abilities.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers as well as candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience are welcome.
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Real Estate sales.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
