Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, develop channel partners, and expand market presence within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
• Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales, Channel Sales, or Business Development.
• Strong knowledge of distribution sales and channel management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to travel as required.
