Senior Civil Engineer / Project Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Project Engineer to lead on-site construction activities, manage material planning, estimate project costs, and ensure timely execution of work. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in residential or real estate construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day construction activities

· Prepare BOQs and estimate material quantities as per drawings

· Plan and monitor material procurement, consumption, and inventory

· Control project costs by optimizing material usage and minimizing wastage

· Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders

· Verify contractor bills and monitor project expenses

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines

· Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering support

Candidate Requirements

· B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

· Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction or real estate projects

· Strong knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and material planning

· Experience in project costing, budgeting, and bill verification
