**Role Overview:-**
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software development and technology projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams. This role requires close collaboration with clients, developers, QA teams, business analysts, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:-**
- **Project Planning & Execution:** Lead end-to-end project management activities including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
- **Stakeholder Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Requirement Understanding:** Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Teams, and Clients to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- **Team Coordination:** Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and other technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Agile Project Management:** Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming activities.
- **Resource Management:** Allocate resources effectively, manage workloads, and ensure optimal utilization of project teams.
- **Risk & Issue Management:** Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
- **Project Tracking & Reporting:** Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- **Quality Assurance Coordination:** Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
- **Client Communication:** Conduct project review meetings, provide progress updates, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to improve project delivery methodologies, team productivity, and operational efficiency.
- **Documentation & Governance:** Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, project plans, risk registers, and delivery reports.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:-**
- **Experience:** Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Software Delivery, Product Development, or Technical Program Management roles.
- **Technical Background:** Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), web applications, APIs, databases, cloud-based applications, and modern software architectures.
- **Project Management Expertise:** Proven experience managing multiple concurrent software development projects from initiation to deployment.
- **Agile Methodologies:** Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Sprint Planning, and project delivery frameworks.
- **Stakeholder Management:** Strong ability to manage client relationships, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- **Risk Management:** Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication abilities.
- **Leadership Skills:** Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, resolve conflicts, and maintain project momentum.
- **Analytical Skills:** Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational capabilities.
- **Tool Proficiency:** Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
**Preferred Skills:-**
- Prior experience managing ERP, SaaS, Enterprise Software, CRM, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience working with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, automation platforms, or data-driven software solutions will be preferred.
