Company Description Magic Bus India Foundation, founded in 1999 by Matthew Spacie, works to help young people move out of poverty and lead fulfilling lives through education and employability. The organization runs a holistic Childhood to Livelihood programme for adolescents and youth aged 12 to 24 years, focusing on life skills, education support, and job readiness. Magic Bus has impacted more than 1 million young people across 24 states and 75 districts in India, with a strong presence through Community Learning Centres, schools, Livelihood Centres, and Entrepreneurship Incubation Centres. Its programmes offer sector-specific training, job placements, post-placement support, and mentoring for young entrepreneurs from underserved communities. Role Description The Training Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for planning, delivering, and monitoring training sessions for adolescents and young people in Magic Bus programmes. This role involves conducting classroom and field-based training on life skills, employability skills, and workplace readiness, using participatory and learner-centric methods. The Training Officer will assess learning needs, develop session plans and training materials aligned with programme objectives, and track participant progress through regular evaluations and feedback.
