Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for a Welder and Helper. The role involves performing welding tasks for fabrication, installation, and repair of metal structures and components, following technical drawings and instructions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing work areas, selecting appropriate welding equipment and materials, cutting and assembling metal parts, and assisting senior technicians as needed. The Welder and Helper will be expected to follow safety protocols, maintain tools and equipment, and support general maintenance tasks such as cleaning workspaces and handling materials. Collaboration with other technical staff to complete projects on schedule and in compliance with quality standards is essential.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess welding skills, including Arc Welding and general Welding for structural and repair work.Candidates should possess TIG Welding and MIG Welding skills for precision and specialized metal fabricatio
