**Salary:** ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month

**Shift:** Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, be proficient in Tally and MS Excel, and possess a strong understanding of day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally.
• Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
• Prepare invoices and maintain billing records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other accounting documentation.
• Maintain cash book, petty cash, and financial records.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments.
• Prepare reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com or equivalent qualification.
• **Minimum 6 months of accounting experience**.
• Basic working knowledge of Tally Prime/Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Good numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
