Computer Operator

**Job Title:** Computer Operator – Solar Division

**Location:** MG Road, GST Tower, Raipur (Head Office)

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Computer Operator** to support our Solar Division. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth execution of daily office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Handle day-to-day data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare, organize, and manage project-related documents.
• Maintain documentation for solar projects and customer files.
• Coordinate with internal departments for required information and approvals.
• Draft emails and maintain professional email communication.
• Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Scan, print, upload, and file documents systematically.
• Maintain digital and physical records.
• Assist in administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

**Required Skills**

• Good knowledge of **MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and basic computer applications**.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good documentation and file management skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

**Qualification**

• Graduate (Any Stream) preferred.
• Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications is an added advantage.

**Experience**

• Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply.
