Job description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth within the assigned territory.
Manage and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network to increase market penetration.
Identify new business opportunities and acquire potential customers across the assigned area.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
Prepare sales forecasts, territory reports, MIS, and market analysis reports.
Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, accounts, and customer support teams for timely order execution.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Organize promotional activities, product demonstrations, and dealer engagement programs.
Candidates with experience in sales, business development, channel sales, or distribution management will be preferred.
