Job description

We need Dispatch cum Billing operator for our plant.

Location: Tatibandh, Raipur, CG

Qualification: B.com

Salary: 14000/- to 16000/- PM

Experience: 0 to 1 Year

**Candidates residing nearby Tatibandh are preferred.**

Job Duties in Brief

Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility.
Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies.
Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices.
Check the validity of debit accounts.
Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments.
Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines.
Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the dispatch department.
Assign delivery routes and schedules to drivers.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods.
Monitor delivery progress and address any delays or issues that arise.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to optimize delivery processes.
Develop and implement strategies to improve dispatch operations and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
