# Position Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Business Operations Manager to work directly with the Founder and coordinate operations across all SJAIN business verticals.

This role acts as the central coordination point between clients, vendors, partners, consultants, internal teams and leadership.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple priorities, ensuring accountability, tracking projects and helping build scalable operating systems.

# Key Responsibilities

## Founder Office Support

• Work directly with Founder on strategic initiatives
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups
• Prepare reports, presentations and business updates
• Track important decisions and action items
• Ensure execution of key business priorities

## Business Operations

• Manage daily operational workflows
• Maintain business dashboards and trackers
• Build and improve SOPs
• Ensure process compliance
• Monitor operational efficiency
• Coordinate cross-functional activities

## CRM & Sales Operations

• Manage CRM system
• Track leads and opportunities
• Follow up on proposals and quotations
• Maintain sales pipeline reports
• Coordinate client meetings
• Support business development activities

## Project Coordination

• Monitor project progress
• Track deliverables and deadlines
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors and partners
• Escalate delays and operational risks
• Maintain project documentation

## Vendor & Partner Management

• Coordinate external partners

• Manage service agreements and documentation
