Responsibilities & Qualifications

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily dispatch and logistics operations to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare dispatch documents including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documents.
Coordinate with production, stores, sales, and transporters for smooth order execution.
Schedule vehicle loading, dispatch planning, and route coordination for efficient transportation.
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery to customers and distributors.
Maintain dispatch registers, logistics records, inventory movement, and MIS reports.
Verify dispatched materials against customer orders and dispatch documentation.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper packing, loading, and material handling.
Resolve logistics and transportation issues to minimize delivery delays.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory transport regulations.
Maintain effective communication with customers, transporters, and internal departments regarding dispatch schedules.
Candidates with experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or transportation management will be preferred.
