Full Job Description
We are looking for a maintenance engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and smooth functioning of all production and utility equipment used in backsheet and encapsulant manufacturing.
The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience, and the ability to work under pressure in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machineryTroubleshoot issues in extrusion lines, coating machines, and lamination unitsHandle utility equipment such as pumps, compressors, motors, chillers, cooling towers, and boilersWork on electrical panels and basic PLC systemsEnsure minimum downtime and maximum equipment efficiencyCarry out modification and improvement activities in machinesMaintain proper maintenance records, logs, and reportsCoordinate with production team for smooth operationsTechnical Requirements
Knowledge of extrusion and lamination processUnderstanding of PLC systemsElectrical troubleshooting and panel handlingFamiliarity with hydraulics and pneumatics systemsExperience in handling HEMM equipment (Forklift, Hydra Crane)Eligibility Criteria
