About the Role

Shri Govindam Sewa Private Limited (Chai Govindam) is looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, onboarding, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Track attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with the Accounts team.
• Maintain HR MIS reports and recruitment trackers.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee queries professionally.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA (HR), or equivalent.
• **1–3 years of experience** in HR or Recruitment.
• Experience in the Hospitality, Retail, or QSR industry will be preferred.
