We're Hiring: HR Intern

Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India (Onsite / Hybrid / Remote)

Duration: 2-3 Months

Stipend: Unpaid

At Nexora Solutions,, we're scaling our people operations and looking for an organized, people-first HR Intern who's passionate about talent, culture, and building great employee experiences.

What You'll Do

Assist with end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

Support onboarding and induction for new hires

Help maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll inputs

Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications

Assist with HR policy documentation and compliance tracking

Support learning & development initiatives, including training calendars

Requirements

Pursuing/completed MBA or equivalent with specialization in HR

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for HR data

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Bonus Points If You Have

Familiarity with HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, SAP SuccessFactors)

Exposure to payroll processing or labor law basics

Experience organizing employee engagement or L&D programs
