HR Recruiter

**Vishal Builders** is hiring an **HR & Admin Executive** for our Raipur office.

**Location:** Fafadih, Raipur (Chhattisgarh)
**Working Hours:** 09:30 AM to 07:00 PM
**Working Days:** Monday to Saturday
**Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel files.
• Manage office administration activities and vendor coordination.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of company records.
• Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Eligibility:

✔ Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
✔ Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
