1. Talent Acquisition & Staffing
Plan and execute manning availability at cluster stores as per budget approvalsEnsure talent pool- Front end through walk-ins/NGOs & store level positions for respective clusterBuild Talent pool for festive manpower/Additional support for EOSS2. HR Operations & Process Excellence
Ensure adherence to Hiring Process/ Zero errors in offer generation / Minimum TATs followed against Vacant vs Joining dates/ Monthly Audits/Dashboards- ClusterDrive all aspects of HR success dashboard - 100% adherence of all critical HR deliverablesPlan & execute Brand Staff onboarding & ensure 100% attendance mapping &ProductivityDrive & implement HR related policies & initiatives especially Sambandh/Transfer benefits etc & timely submission with trackers for paymentsDrive HR Statutory Compliance in each store/Reviews through Dashboards/MISEnsure zero errors with respect to payroll inputs & other benefits with respect to employees & payments.
3. Employee Engagements & Cultu
reDrive Employee Engagements & ensure SSL Values & Build Performance Culture through Structured Rewards & Recognition Programs & Employee connects & Employee Satisfaction Surveys.Drive /Improve Engagement Scores through timely implementations of Action Plans4. Attritio
n Ensure Retention of Key talent through structured exit interviews & Drive/Plan retention measures in high attrition.Share best practices across stores to improve overall compliance and efficiency
