Position: Legal Recovery Executive Company

Key Responsibilities
**Follow up with customers for overdue EMI payments via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and SMS.**
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure timely collections.
**Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer queries regarding outstanding dues.** Track and manage delinquent accounts to minimize financial risk.
**Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer interactions, and payment follow-ups.**
Prepare and maintain recovery-related documentation, payment records, and collection reports.
**Draft and send payment reminder emails, demand notices, and other recovery-related communications.**
Coordinate with internal departments for payment updates, account status, and case escalations.
**Handle cheque bounce cases and initiate necessary recovery actions.**
Coordinate with the legal team for overdue accounts requiring legal notices, arbitration, or further legal proceedings.
**Maintain records of legal notices, recovery documents, and case status.**
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI/NBFC guidelines, and applicable legal procedures during the recovery process.
**Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.**

**Required Skills**
Good communication and negotiation skills.
**Ability to handle pressure and meet recovery targets.**
Basic knowledge of EMI structures, loan recovery, and collection processes.
**Knowledge of documentation, email drafting, and recovery record management.** Understanding of legal recovery procedures and overdue account handling is preferred. **Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and CRM tools preferred).**
Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
