**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Operations Intern** to support our day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination across different departments. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in managing daily operational activities and internal coordination
• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with different teams for smooth workflow execution
• Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work
• Support in client coordination and follow-ups when required
• Handle data management and maintain accurate reports
• Assist in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Provide administrative and backend support to the operations team

**Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree pursuing/completed (Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
