URGENT HIRING – Personal Assistant (Manging Director)

Location:*Sarora, Urla Raipur Factory

Job Type:* Full-time, Permanent

-Position:* personal Assistant

-Experience:* 2-3 years professional experience (could for extra hours)

-Salary:* ₹20K - ₹25K per month

-Industry:* Factory / steel Industrial atmosphere preferred

Must Have Skills:

1. Tally Prime / ERP 9 - Latest version expertise

2. MS Excel - Strong reporting skills

3. Must have good communication skills

4. Good under standing of Hindi & English

Key Responsibilities:

Smart Scheduling: Organizing appointments, blocking out focus time, and ensuring meetings do not overlap.

Prioritizing Requests: Evaluating meeting requests from internal teams or external clients to decide what gets on the calendar and what can be handled elsewhere.

Reminders: Keeping the executive on track throughout the day regarding upcoming deadlines, calls, and commitments.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in fast-paced environment, high attention to detail
