Job description

Job Description: Core Responsibilities

Quality System Development: Design and implement quality control systems, procedures, and documentation (e.g., inspection protocols, work instructions).
Testing & Inspection: Conduct product/process inspections, tests (in-process, final, receiving), and audits.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze quality data, track metrics, identify trends, and create quality reports.

Problem Solving: Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to improve processes, efficiency, and output.

Supplier Quality: Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet standards.

Compliance: Ensure products and processes meet industry standards (ISO, FDA) and regulations.

Training: Train staff on quality procedures and best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of ISO standards, quality tools, process capability studies, proficiency with MS Office/software.
Soft Skills: Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication (written/verbal), and organizational skills; ability to work independently and with team
