Job Description – Senior Billing Executive

**Position:** Senior Billing Executive
**Location:** Raipur / Bilaspur / Jagdalpur
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
**Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate invoices, tax invoices, delivery challans, and credit/debit notes.
• Ensure timely and error-free billing as per company policies.
• Verify sales orders, pricing, discounts, GST, and customer details before billing.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams for smooth order processing.
• Maintain daily billing records and prepare MIS reports.
• Handle billing-related customer queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory billing requirements.
• Reconcile billing data with dispatch and payment records.
• Monitor pending invoices and coordinate for timely closure.
• Train and guide junior billing executives on billing processes and software usage.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of billing records.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in billing, preferably in the building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, hardware, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of GST billing, invoicing, and documentation.
• Proficiency in ERP software, Tally, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in the building materials or construction products industry.
• Strong understanding of inventory and dispatch coordination.
• Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in billing operations.
• Team player with leadership capabilities.
