**Role**

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, administration, vendor coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and people management skills.

**Responsibilities**

**Recruitment**

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.

**Administration**

• Oversee office administration and employee records management.
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and operational requirements.
• Ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities and employee support services.

**Vendor Management**

• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and service vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.

**HR Operations**

• Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
• Assist in payroll inputs and HR compliance activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR policy implementation.
• Handle employee queries and general HR administrative tasks.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum year of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Experience in administration and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
