Job Title: Field Sales & Marketing Executive

Location- **Raipur, Chhattisgarh**

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and enthusiastic **Field Sales & Marketing Executive** to expand our business presence across **Raipur and the surrounding areas**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing field sales and marketing activities to achieve organizational growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits across Raipur to identify and acquire new retail and business clients.
• Generate leads through market surveys, references, networking, and direct customer engagement.
• Meet prospective clients, present company offerings, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Execute promotional and marketing activities to increase brand awareness and market reach.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain daily records of client visits, sales activities, and business development efforts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, Retail Sales, or Business Development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Proficiency in Hindi and basic English communication.
• Familiarity with the Raipur market and surrounding regions will be an added advantage.
• Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail sales, digital marketing services, advertising, telecom, or related industries.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of achieving targets in a competitive market.
• Comfortable with extensive local travel within Raipur and nearby areas.
