About the Role

Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced **Site Supervisor** to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project sites in **Raipur**.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in **RCC construction**, including **Sariya (Reinforcement Steel), Shuttering (Formwork), and Concrete Execution**. The candidate should be capable of independently managing site execution, supervising labor teams, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring quality and timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Execute and monitor **RCC structural works**, including **Sariya, Shuttering, and Concrete Execution**.
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Manage labor teams, subcontractors, and site manpower efficiently.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project engineers for smooth execution.
• Monitor material availability and raise material requirements in advance.
• Maintain daily progress reports, labor attendance, and site records.
• Share daily execution updates, site photographs, and progress reports with management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain site discipline.
• Assist in measurement, billing, and site documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in building construction projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of:
• RCC Structure Work
• **Sariya (Reinforcement) Work**
• **Shuttering (Formwork)**
• **Concrete Execution**
• Experience handling labor contractors and construction site teams.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in residential or commercial building projects.
• Able to independently manage site execution.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
