Role Summary
We are looking for a qualified CA/ CPA Accountant to join our India-based Finance team as a senior individual contributor (P4). We are looking for a qualified CA / CPA to join our India-based Finance team as a US Accountant and senior individual contributor (P4). The role owns US general-ledger accounting and US GAAP technical accounting, and partners closely with the wider GL, payroll and regional teams to deliver an accurate, timely and well-controlled month-end close. It is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who combines strong technical-accounting judgement with a meticulous, controls-minded approach. Work across US business hours overlap as needed to support the US entities and audit cycles. As a P4-level role, you will partner with senior leaders across functions, guide and mentor junior team members, and operate with strong autonomy on execution while taking direction on priorities.

Key Responsibilities
US GAAP & technical accounting
• Own US GAAP technical accounting areas including ASC 842 lease accounting, intangible asset amortization, stock-based compensation, debt accounting (issuance costs, ST/LT reclassification, interest accruals) and MTM valuation of derivatives and cash-flow hedges.
• Prepare and support US GAAP financial statements, including initial drafts, roll-forwards and supporting schedules.
• Research and document technical accounting positions and memos in line with US GAAP and company policy.
