**job Title:** Technical Support Executive
**Job Type:** Full-Time
**Experience:** 1–3 Years
**Location:** Raipur, Chhattisgarh

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Technical Support Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve technical queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for candidates with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote assistance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical problems efficiently.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions and system configurations.
  • Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams when required.
  • Monitor and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Assist with software installation, configuration, and system updates.
  • Create and update technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, networking, and internet technologies.
  • Knowledge of technical support tools, ticketing systems, and remote desktop applications.
  • Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service orientation with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in Technical Support, IT Help Desk, Customer Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong technical knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools is an advantage.
