We are looking for a **talented, creative, and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist** to strengthen our online presence and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, including social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), online advertising, content creation, and campaign execution. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies are essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

· Social Media Management & Content Creation.

· Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

· Monitor page performance, trends, and audience engagement.

· Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media.

· Website & SEO

· Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

· Optimize website content for better search visibility and ranking.

· Coordinate with developers/design team for website updates.

· Digital Campaigns, Analyze data and recommend improvements.

· Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing).

· Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.

· Prepare reports with insights and improvement suggestions.

· Develop creative content for posts, blogs, emailers, and promotional materials.

· Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content production.

· Lead Generation & Reporting

· Implement strategies for online lead generation.

· Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

· 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

· Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.

· Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, video editing (added advantage).

· Excellent communication and analytical skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Industry Experience :**

Manufacturing / Engineering / Steel Trading & Distribution
