Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage inbound leads, conduct consultative sales calls, and convert prospective clients into customers. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling objections, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct calls with qualified leads and understand their business requirements.
• Present services professionally and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up status using CRM or spreadsheets.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with interested prospects until closure.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth lead management.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
• Consistently work towards achieving individual sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, or lead management tools.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
• Experience in service sales, consulting, training, or education-related sales will be an added advantage.
