**Job Description**

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Social Media Executive** to manage our company's digital presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, digital marketing, and AI-powered tools.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content related to General Insurance.
• Design creatives, banners, and marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools.
• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Write creative captions, hashtags, and marketing copy.
• Edit short videos and reels for social media campaigns.
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries on social media platforms.
• Increase brand awareness, followers, and audience engagement organically.
• Coordinate with the sales team to promote insurance products and campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and AI technologies.

**Required Skills:**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.).
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.

**AI Tools Knowledge (Preferred):**

Candidates should have working knowledge of AI tools for content creation and marketing, such as:

• ChatGPT
• Google Gemini
• Canva AI (Magic Design / Magic Write)
• Microsoft Copilot
• AI image generation tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, Midjourney, or similar)
• AI video editing tools (e.g., CapCut AI, Pika, Runway, or similar)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to create engaging content using AI-powered tools.
• Basic photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
