Job description

Provide administrative and executive support to senior management on a day-to-day basis.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, meeting agendas, and business correspondence.
Handle emails, phone calls, and official communications professionally and confidentially.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth business operations.
Maintain significant documents, records, files, and confidential information securely.
Prepare meeting minutes (MOM) and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Assist in organizing business meetings, conferences, events, and management visits.
Monitor daily tasks, priorities, and deadlines while ensuring timely execution.
Support management in preparing business reports, data analysis, and strategic documentation.
Perform general office administration and other executive assignments as required.
Candidates with excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), documentation, and executive coordination will be preferred.
