Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to support day-to-day human resource operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, documentation, and workforce coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction activities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and employee-related reports.
• Support compliance activities related to statutory requirements.
• Handle PF, ESIC, and other employee benefit-related processes.
• Maintain HR registers, records, and documentation as per organizational requirements.
• Assist in implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.
• Coordinate with consultants and external agencies for compliance-related matters.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and MIS.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or compliance.
• Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, labor regulations, and statutory documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Background

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or plant operations environment.
• Familiarity with labor compliance processes and employee record management.
