As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on HR professional who can seamlessly manage both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations while building an exceptional employee experience.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and execution-oriented HR professional with approximately 5 years of experience to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts while ensuring smooth HR operations at our Raipur office. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and take complete ownership of their responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Drive candidate engagement and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring dashboards.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

HR Operations

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
• Ensure smooth execution of induction and new hire integration.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS accuracy.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
• Support implementation and adherence to HR policies and processes.
• Ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness.
• Generate periodic HR reports and provide people insights to leadership.
• Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with high attention to detail.
• Someone who is energetic, proactive, dependable, and passionate about HR.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
